Pricing listed for The Loft Above reflects and includes a refundable $100 deposit. For example, if you see a $150 charge for a session, the final invoice amount would only be $50, since the $100 deposit is refunded after your session.
What’s Included in Your Rental:
Your booking gives you access to only the room(s) you reserve. We offer two distinct spaces:
The White Rooms – $50/hr
The Black Room – $35/hr
If you’d like access to the entire studio (both White and Black Rooms), please be sure to book them together. Full studio bookings include exclusive use of all suites and furnishings.
All rentals include:
Use of selected space(s) and furniture
Beautifully styled rooms with exposed brick and natural light
Optional use of seamless backdrops and professional lighting
Please remember to include time for both setup and cleanup in your booking. Our schedule fills up quickly, and we want to make sure you have enough time for everything you need.
